EACH KNITWEAR ITEM IS HANDCRAFTED IN NEW YORK CITY. TO MINIMIZE WASTE, ALL PIECES ARE MADE-TO-ORDER AND REQUIRE THE PRODUCTION TIME SPECIFIED IN EACH PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. BECAUSE EACH PIECE AT PARKER ZINN IS MADE-TO-ORDER, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. EXCHANGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE CONSIDERED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. ANY APPROVED EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY, WITH A RESTOCKING/RETURN FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH EXCHANGES. WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
