Shipping Policy +
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for domestic orders. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier disruption, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of checkout. Parker Zinn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once a package has been confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, Parker Zinn assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have questions about sizing, fit, or materials before placing an order, please contact us at care@parkerzinn.com — we're happy to help.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Parker Zinn has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
European Union Orders
If your order ships to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all hangtags attached, and in its original packaging.
Made-to-order, custom, and otherwise exempt items are not eligible under this policy.
To initiate a return under the EU cooling-off period, please email care@parkerzinn.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is received and inspected. Only the original standard delivery fee, if applicable, will be refunded — upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges +
Returns
Returns initiated within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns initiated within 21 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@parkerzinn.com. Once your return is approved, a complimentary return label will be provided along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.
All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all hangtags and packaging intact. Upon receipt, each return is inspected. Parker Zinn reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all eligible full-price merchandise. Exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of delivery. To exchange an item, please contact us at care@parkerzinn.com to initiate a return — once approved, a complimentary return label will be provided. Place a new order for the desired style or size and complimentary shipping will be applied upon return approval.
Pre-Order
Pre-order items are subject to the same return and exchange policy as in-stock merchandise. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, cancellations will not be accepted.
Final Sale
All sale, archive, and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
