Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for domestic orders. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier disruption, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of checkout. Parker Zinn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once a package has been confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, Parker Zinn assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have questions about sizing, fit, or materials before placing an order, please contact us at parker@parkerzinn.com — we're happy to help.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Parker Zinn has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
European Union Orders
If your order ships to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all hangtags attached, and in its original packaging.
Made-to-order, custom, and otherwise exempt items are not eligible under this policy.
To initiate a return under the EU cooling-off period, please email parker@parkerzinn.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is received and inspected. Only the original standard delivery fee, if applicable, will be refunded — upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns initiated within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns initiated within 21 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all hangtags and packaging intact. Upon receipt, each return is inspected. Parker Zinn reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Each order is fulfilled with precision and care. While the majority of styles are produced in limited quantities and may require final finishing or quality inspection before shipment, some pieces are still made-to-order or offered as preorders.
Estimated shipping or production windows (for example, “Ships in 4–6 weeks”) are always noted on each product page. Once your piece is complete and ready to leave the studio, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Pieces Select garments are produced on a made-to-order or preorder basis to minimize waste and maintain the highest level of craftsmanship.
Estimated lead times are provided on each product page and begin once your order is confirmed. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on production schedules or material availability.
Please note that made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Orders are shipped from New York City via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
International Shipping (Select Countries) We currently ship to a limited selection of international destinations. Available countries will appear at checkout. If you are located outside of our current shipping regions and wish to place an order, please email parker@parkerzinn.com — we may be able to accommodate your request.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by their local customs office. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carrier transit times.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
For unresolved issues, reach out to parker@parkerzinn.com so we can assist where possible. Partial Shipments If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in more than one package depending on production timelines and stock availability.
You’ll receive separate tracking updates for each shipment if applicable. Damaged or Lost Packages Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parker@parkerzinn.com with photos so we can evaluate and make it right. Parker Zinn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Orders placed without Route Protection are not eligible for replacement or refund in these instances.
