Returns initiated within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns initiated within 21 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

To initiate a return, please email parker@parkerzinn.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, a complimentary return label will be provided along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.
