We do not accept returns. To support fit and satisfaction, we currently offer size exchanges only.

Size Exchanges
Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Availability: Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size and depend on stock availability.
Shipping:
For U.S. orders — Parker Zinn will cover the return shipping cost for approved exchanges; customers are responsible for the cost of the second shipment.For international orders — customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the cost of the new shipment.
Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces
All made-to-order and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Production timelines vary and are stated clearly on each product page.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact parker@parkerzinn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and replacement or repair will be arranged whenever possible.
For European Union Customers
If your order ships to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Please note that made-to-order, personalized, and otherwise exempt items are not eligible under this policy.
To initiate a return under the EU cooling-off period, email parker@parkerzinn.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is received and inspected. Only the original standard delivery fee (if any) will be refunded; any upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.
