Welcome to Parker Zinn. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Parker Zinn. Parker Zinn operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Parker Zinn is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of checkout. Parker Zinn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to how they are depicted in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. 

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Parker Zinn reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Parker Zinn confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Returns initiated within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns initiated within 21 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. All sale, archive, and custom items are final sale. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details, including exceptions required by applicable law (for example, the EU/UK cooling-off period for eligible goods).

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Parker Zinn may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical locations or through third-party retailers. Promotions offered through the Services are governed by their own terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for domestic orders. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier disruption, or other circumstances outside our control.

Parker Zinn is not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.

Once a package has been confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, Parker Zinn assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Parker Zinn is not responsible for delays or holds by customs or carriers and cannot predict the amount of any applicable duties or fees.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

SECTION 6 — MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDERS

Certain items may be made-to-order or offered as pre-orders. Estimated ship dates are forecasts and may change. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has begun, orders are non-cancelable, except where required by law. We may ship partial orders at our discretion.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Parker Zinn, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Parker Zinn, Shopify, or any third party. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Parker Zinn.

You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

Parker Zinn is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Parker Zinn. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Parker Zinn, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

SECTION 11 — PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKER ZINN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parker Zinn, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

SECTION 19 — FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply shortages, carrier or utility failures, internet outages, governmental actions, war, terrorism, epidemics, or natural disasters.

SECTION 20 — EU/UK CONSUMERS

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence. If you are located in the EU or UK and purchase eligible goods, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) as described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Made-to-order, custom, and otherwise exempt items are not eligible under this policy.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by the laws of the state in which Parker Zinn is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there. If you reside outside the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the laws of your habitual residence.

SECTION 22 — SANCTIONS & EXPORT

You represent that you are not located in, and will not ship products to, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes, or to any party listed on U.S., EU, or UK sanctions lists. You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
