Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in New York City.

Why doesn't my order ship right away?

To minimize waste and uphold our commitment to intentional production, every knitwear piece is made-to-order. Production timelines are noted on each product page. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If you need your piece by a specific date, please reach out to us at parker@parkerzinn.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Multiple item orders

If your order includes more than one item, we will ship them together once all pieces are ready. If you prefer to receive items separately, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only, minus a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, received a faulty item, or would like to inquire about an exchange, please contact us at parker@parkerzinn.com within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to help and appreciate your support of our small-batch, sustainable practices.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed or delivered orders. Should an exchange be approved, store credit will be issued (minus the restocking fee). All return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
